For Authors

All submissions will be reviewed for relevance, originality, significance, soundness and clarity by three reviewers.

The proceedings will be published in Springer LNCS and they can be written in the format of your choice, between Latex or Word. Selected papers will be considered for special issues of relevant journals.

When sending your final files, please include a readme informing the Contact Volume Editor which of your names is/are your first name(s) and which is/are your family name(s). This is particularly important for Spanish and Chinese names. Authors are listed alphabetically according to their second names in the author index.

  • Prepare your paper with the template of your choice between Word and Latex; and convert it to PDF. No other formats are accepted for submission! Please note that you should not include author details (name, institution etc.) in the paper - they will be specified during submission.
  • Register at the EasyChair System. Each kind of submission (papers, workshops, demonstrations & doctoral consortiums has its own submition link for ec-chair
  • Login with your EasyChair username and password
  • Choose "New Submission" in the top menu
  • Fill out all details in the form
  • Please specify the category, some keywords and topics for your contribution
  • Upload your paper as a PDF
  • After being notify, do not forget to register for the conference Register
